    Hello,

    so ive just moved to uni and only just been able to get the wifi to work on my xbox. Firstly there was a update for the xbox which was done and all fine, i then went onto cod and everything seemed fine however i needed to install a new data pack thing for
    multiplayer, so i did this and since not a single game on my console will load, they go onto the main loading screen and then within a few seconds go back to the main xbox home screen. Ive tried resetting the xbox, unplugging it and nothing will work. There
    is also nothing telling me why the games wont load. By any chance could it be because my NAT has now changed from home?

    Can anybody help?

    Sometimes this happens, you can try to load another game come back and try to open it again.

    Open the game before it loads in press the xbox home button. Press the start button, click quit mid loading then re open.

    Last try to off the xbox and on it after 15 seconds. Try it once more. Hope I've helped. if you need more support Xbox.com/support will be glad to help.

    Anytime I start a game like VRchat it's says there is an unexpected error that the game is open and when I try to play any thing on the Xbox app it won't load at times and other times it well load so slow that it won't open at all
