Games will not load!

Hello,

I bought the xbox one in april this year, it has worked fine until a couple of days ago when I turned it on and it refused to load games.

The game picture would come on to the screen but it wouldn't go any further forward from there, it would throw me back to the home screen and display an error message.

I have tried everything - turning it off by the mains, turning it off by keeping my finger on the xbox icon, system restore, uninstalling the games and installing them again.. tried everything and nothing worked at all!

the network is fine also xbox gave me an offline update just incase it needed undating that didn't work neither,

i am just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and nothing fixed it? all i can think of is that i have a faulty xbox

Game will not load

Hi there,

I checked all my network connections, and my XBox Live subscription is good through August 2017, but I cannot get any of my discs to play in my XBox 1. I keep receiving a message asking if I own the game I insert. I've also tried inserting each disc. The
only selections in the screen is to purchase in the store, cancel, or one other option. But I own the discs. I've checked the status website and I don't see anything suggesting an issue.

What to do?

Seems like you've tried everything possible to fix it, you only got it in April take it back to where you bought it to see about getting a replacement.

Are you sure you tried 'everything'? How exactly do you have the console connected to the mains? Is it directly to the socket with nothing in-between, or is it via a plug strip or extension? If it's plugged in via a plug strip, how many other appliances
are also connected to the strip? Is there any type of surge protector present?

If you can, try plugging it in directly. If it is already plugged in directly with no surge protector, I would advise returning the console for a replacement.

Yeah my boyfriend tried it all he also contacted Microsoft who ran him through all the steps he'd already tried even to the point of taken the console to another house and trying it there. They have now set up an advanced replacement so I should receive
another console soon

loaded snowrunner from cloud to xbox-s ,wanted to load season 1 won,t load season 2 .Finaly it to load season but game went back to cloud game. Want i want to know if i load dlc in cloud game will dlcs transfer if i load game to cloud game consol memory

Look for loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads of DLC for this game. They will bleed us dry if we choose to keep shelling out the cash.

Best way to stop it, is to stop buying the DLC. Money speaks heck of a lot louder then randoms like us on the forums.

DLC is getting WAAAAAAAAY out of hand with games anymore.

May i ask what is the game trying to do when its loading? Is it loading the game it self or is it loading inside the game?

Load an autosave from main menu. When that is done and loaded, press start, choose load, then load actual game save you wan to play. This will get you around that issue with game not loading.

Same thing happened to me. I had to load my last manual save to get the game to work. All my autosaves somehow got corrupted.
