Games will not load - possibly associated with Gears of War 4

Issue: Games will not load passed the main menu.

Troubleshooting:

1. Quit the game

2. Turn off the console

3. Turn off the console from the console itself

4. Turn on the console by holding Eject and Power

5. Delete the Reserved Data

6. Restore the console but keep apps

7. Restore the console completely

The only one that had good results was restoring the console completely, Gears of War booted and I was able to start playing. I quit the game and booted Oblivion and everything was working fine. I tried booting Gears of War again and the issue came up, I
then tried Oblivion and it crashes.

I have an Xbox One X that is less than 2 weeks old

Same happened to my xbox scorpio x day one i sent it to get repaired for that issue months later i have the same problems now my warranty is out and i have to pay $225 to repair it again what if they dont fix it again but yeah my xbox wont even stay on
its so bad
