Games will not install, update, or even be recognized.

Where do i begin. My 4 day weekend begins friday afternoon and assassins creed 3 refuses to be read. The error that comes up is the message about needing to read the license make sure i’ve bought the game and the disc is inserted. I brush it off as i wanted
to play call of duty modern warfare or star wars battlefront 2 with some coworkers anyways but neither if those games refuse to be updated past 21.2% and 78.7% respectively. Ok now i am concerned. Power cycle. Nothing. Pause it and switch around the queue.
Nothing. Cancel them both and retry. Nothing. Network is fine per the settings but interestingly enough network setting takes to long to open and crashes 70% of the time i try to open it. Ok. What can i do before i have to inevitably reinstall them. Power
cycle. Sign out. Try offline. All nothing. Whatever. Go to the netflix app on the TV and watch avatar go to sleep. Get an idea for a sweet skyrim build from avatar. Buy skyrim digitally as i only ever played it on 360 before. It of course processes my payment
to buy the game but installing it? Absolutely not. Now im mad. Try everything on the xbox support website. Nothing. I don’t know what the problem is and i usually can troubleshoot pretty well. I need a live person to help me. Yall microsoft people refuse to
offer that to me. I try countless times. Can’t get a call. The virtual agents aren’t any help and just redirect me to the same help page ive already spent hours on. I call my computer engineering older brother and he laughs at me and ridicules me for not using
playstation like he has for over a decade while i have stayed loyal to xbox. He once again tells me yalls console sucks and i should’ve switched years ago. Ive spent too much money now. The halo franchise might be dead and ruined but the best skyrim mods are
only available for Xbox so your saving grace at this point is my will to play my favorite game. I have an Xbox One X i bought new by the way. So you guys screwed me out of any help identifying or solving the problem and im out like $43 for skyrim. I want a
refund. I think im gonna get one. Assassins creed 3 wont play so my endeavored replay of the series is halted. I uninstalled the multiplayer games i play with my friends and coworkers and they wont reinstall. I tried installing the first red dead redemption
because i hoped to play that again at some point as well and the console wont even acknowledge i put the disc in. They acknowledge i put undead nightmare and the multiplayer in and gets stuck at a 0% install, but the main single player disc. I might as well
have put in a CD. Im fed up. The only saving grace at this point is the money i have invested. If i cant fix it soon im gonna trade it in for a playstation or a new camera or something worth my time.

if anybody knows what is going on and some sort of way to try and fix it im all ears. But ive spent hours on youtube. Ive spent hours on the support website. No one will give me a person to talk to. I read the crucible this weekend instead of playing xbox if
anyone cares. Its pretty good.
