    Games which do not open


    Hello, I have the game pass subscription and lately I have had issues with some games installed like "Don't Starve: Giant Edition" or "Day of the Tentacle Remastered" which do not open despite my PC having all the system requirements.

    Even worse, Day of the Tentacle Remastered used to open last week but not it's not opening anymore. I tried restoring, reinstalling, repairing... I need help!

    Does anyone have a problem with a game missing from their microsoft store library? Stolen by microsoft. Microsoft deleted purchase history of the game. How do I get my game back?

    I'm assuming you are on PC

    You need to open the Xbox app, which is part of Windows to see your game

    You do not need to subscribe to anything

    You have to use Xbox services, which are free and part of windows, to play the game, as it's a Microsoft game.

    If the game is still inaccessible open a ticket with support and provide the receipt.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    This may mean that we’re having trouble checking usage rights, or that the game is no longer in the Game Pass catalog.

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

    Which version of the game do you have? You can find your version number by opening the charms bar in-game (swipe in from right), and going to Settings > About.

    To check for updates, open the Store app, open the charms bar, and select Settings > App Updates.
