    Does anyone else find it annoying that some of the games/add-ons in the store are labeled as unavailable because they were a pre-order version/rights issues/only physical yet still stay? I'm sure these games are cataloged outside of the store so they could just then be put back on when they become available again (or if ever). It would just make it much easier finding a game I can actually buy without having to sort through all the junk. What's the point of using the store when half the games on there can't be purchased? And though I do prefer physical over digital, not every game is available or in great condition when trying to find copies around the city (especially if they're good/cherished games like Left 4 Dead 2) so digital is just easier (when I'm actually allowed to buy the game that is).

    The Xbox Store store may show games that are unavailable for a variety of reasons, such as games that have been removed from the catalog, games that are not available in your region, or games that are no longer sold.

    It really is quite common to happen, also on other platforms also outside the Xbox we also notice games that are unavailable, but are in the store.

    Yes, when going to the options menu, general, game installs... "the store is currently unavailable".
