Games tried during Christmas Hack no longer working and other lingering problems

GTA5 is on disc and it freezes on the first loading screen. I can play it from the beginning if I log out but then I can't save. Advanced Warfare and Minecraft are digital copies and they freeze on the first screen, but I can play Destiny and every game
I DIDN'T try on Christmas. Hmm....

I also can't uninstall any games or copy them to an external hard drive.

Any suggestions?

Problems with match-making

Same problem, started after the Christmas hacks. I am aware that microsoft since said hack have changed their network structure - for example they no longer send packets back to you if attempting to 'ping' their server for network tests.

 

Xbox One issue.

So last christmas my family got an Xbox One, of course it was during the day that everyone was having problems with internet amoungst other things causing us problems with initial setup. But we finally got it setup, now recently when we play games no matter
what game, randomly during the game it'll disconnect from Xbox live completely I have tried wireless and wired, no matter what it does this. After is disconnects from live if I'm in a certain game Ill dashboard and close the game and reopen just to check (because
sometimes it still shows friends) the game will not open so after holding the off button and turning it back on it reconnects. If I just press and hold the controllers xbox button and press off from there and come back it will still say Im not connected. I've
been having the problem for a few weeks now.

 

I had to restore my whole system- wipe it all out not just uninstall the games it worked fine aftert

 

Have you guys tried a hard reset? Hold the power sensor on the console for 8 seconds, wait for the power sensor to turn orange, then start back up. You may have done that already, but if not, it's one of the #1 troubleshooting steps for most issues.
