Games that won't load up on Xbox One

I downloaded Rage 2 in Darksiders 3 from the Xbox game pass and for some reason I can't get past the loading screens on either one does anyone have a suggestion or way to fix this?

Hi,

try powercycling your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds it usually fixes those type of issues

Make sure you load xbox hub on console and look for stream test in settings-if the streaming test is not there you won't be able to access games on your Xbox one. Try this at home for some reason I could load my games from 1st gen Xboxone but not from
xbox one s,x no option for stream test shows up

let's see if this clears things up. when i turn on my xbox it won't load to my gt or anything. i guess you would say the dashboard won't load up
