Games that I own on disk and are a part of Game Pass don't load anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing issues with your games. But don't worry, the following troubleshooting steps will help fix the issue.

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

After doing that, please make sure to sign in using the correct account which contains the game.

Step 3: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

- If you don't mind, could you check if these games are showing on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle should be displayed there, regardless of the date they were acquired on.

Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

- If these games are not showing on your order history, they may have been purchased with a different account that was also removed from your console by the factory reset. I'd suggest checking the order history in all your accounts to determine which one was used for these purchases.

I have the same problem I dont have a disk and have tried everything they have and you listed out. Please fix soon bc I might not pay for game pass anymore if i cant play a game I own when I also own gamepass

It's not a problem as you own a disk copy of the game I also have several games that are both on disk and Game Pass think of the disk as a backup copy
