Games that I own from redeem codes no longer in my owned games.

Are you still using the same account?

I only have one account and there doesn't seem to be another version of either of these games.

I checked my purchase history and these titles don't show up at all.

to add to this thread: I do have a similar problem, where a game I purchased through a code recently (for PC gaming) does not show up in my Xbox Profile (and thus I cannot play online). The strange thing is that it does show up in my MS accounts purchase
history, but it does not in my "games i own" section of the XBox Profile...

Amd there's no chance you could have redeemed the codes on any other accounts? That's typically the only reason a purchase won't show up on your account.

You shouldn't have to buy them again. I also had a Black Flag bundle with redemption codes, but I just checked my console and the games are still showing up fine. I would recommend rebooting the console completely (not just stand-by). If that doesn't work,
then check the uninstalled games list and see if it needs to be reinstalled or in the list of hidden games.

If that still doesn't work, then I would call the Microsoft support line and request assistance in getting the title properly marked as owned on your account. I had this happen to me before with Marble Blast Ultra for Xbox 360 and they ended up providing
an additional redemption code for me re-purchase the game because the original code had expired and I wasn't able to use it anymore.

Not sure what or why that happens, but it appears to have to deal with redemption codes instead of legitimate purchases because it has never happened on any of my other purchases from the store.
