    Games taking too long to load then closing


    Error code: 0x8027025a

    I’ve tried troubleshooting and no matter what I do it doesn’t work.

    This has been happening to many of my friends and I and it’s not on the service issues so I’m wondering if it’s just me and my friends consoles or something on your end. I’d like to hear back so if you could respond and try to fix my issue that would be

    Game taking too long to load

    try taking the game back to the shop or try installing the game offline that might go a bit quicker

    Game taking too long to load

    Hey, I have recently installed CoD ghosts, every time i try to launch it, it sits on the loading screen for about a minute and then im returned to the dashboard and i receive an error message saying that the game took too long to load. I have tried uninstalling
    it, rebooting the console and reinstalling it but still no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    try taking the game back to the shop or try installing the game offline that might go a bit quicker

    Hey there Drone!

    Is your Xbox connected to your network wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? If you're on Wi-Fi, try using a wired connection to see if that improves the Netflix experience. If not, since you've already tried reinstalling the app, you'll want to reach out to
    Netflix for further support. They'll have a better understanding of their app and any issue occurring with it right now.

    Clicking sound and games take too long to load

    That sounds as if it could be the external HDD having issues. When they start to fail they will sometimes make noises like you are describing.

    When this happens a hard restart and a few open and quit the game/app sorts it for me. I've never had to uninstall and reinstall them.
