Games taking too long to load - phone support sent me here??

Hey there. As the title suggests, IAm unable to load games either by disk or download. Called support who said to come here and start a post. They said to mention I am in the preview program. Any advice would be appreciated.

try taking the game back to the shop or try installing the game offline that might go a bit quicker

Game taking too long to load

Hey, I have recently installed CoD ghosts, every time i try to launch it, it sits on the loading screen for about a minute and then im returned to the dashboard and i receive an error message saying that the game took too long to load. I have tried uninstalling
it, rebooting the console and reinstalling it but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

One thing you could try before making a post is a completed power cycle and if that fails a factory reset (with keeping Games & Apps installed)

Some issues here too. Takes a long time for my system to load and then a long time to log in.

Hey there Drone!

Is your Xbox connected to your network wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? If you're on Wi-Fi, try using a wired connection to see if that improves the Netflix experience. If not, since you've already tried reinstalling the app, you'll want to reach out to
Netflix for further support. They'll have a better understanding of their app and any issue occurring with it right now.

Same here. It is so slow and won't load anything. All games/apps take "too long to start for some reason". Takes like 10 minutes to start up the console.
