    I have just restarted my xbox as it was running a bit slow but still working. After I restarted it and tried to load any game it would either not get past the loading screen at all or take around an hour and a half to load. my network connection is fine, i have cleared my cache, using my other account, restarting my xbox, fully shutting it down, unplugging it and none of these have worked. is there anything else i can do?

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with the slow performance of your Xbox.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check for system updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads and make sure your console is up to date.

    And then clear persistent storage. To do this, kindly go to Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Blu-ray > Persistent storage and select Clear persistent storage.

    Next is to switch between Energy-Saving and Instant-On Mode. Go to Settings > Power & startup > Power mode & startup and switch between Energy-saving and Instant-on mode. Sometimes, this can help resolve performance issues.

    If the issue persist after the troubleshooting steps please use an External Hard Drive. If your internal hard drive is failing, using an external hard drive with USB 3.0 can improve loading times. Make sure the external drive has a good read/write speed.

    My Xbox One does perfectly what you said your's doesn't. It certainly didn't take even an hour to set up, my Xbox is connected to the Internet constantly, and all of my games load just fine.

    1,000+ hour played Club on 1 "Toon."

    There isn't 1000 hours of stuff to do in this game, plus the freezing and long loading times take the fun away.
