Games stuttering after playing them after a while

In the past week, I've noticed a couple of games have been having stutters/small freezes randomly after a playing a random amount of time. The two games I've been playing that have had this problem are: Spyro Reignited Trilogy and Enter the Gungeon (third
game, Overwatch, I don't play as long as those two to see the issue so not sure if it is affected). I've tried to Power Cycle the system, but it didn't seem to fix it (possibly made it take longer to start) The freezing/stutter seems to repeatedly come up
for Enter the Gungeon then returns to normal. For Spyro it seemed to be uncommonly that kind of freezing and just seems to slow down. Neither of these games did I have this problem before a week ago until possibly after a system update to my Xbox (not the
big May update coming up).

So, I'm wondering how I can fix this problem? I'm gonna try reinstalling the games when I get the chance to see if that might help.

Not 30 minutes, but 5, I'll try that if uninstalling doesn't fix

Soft Reset xbox one

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. then check games.

Have you tried unplugging the console, and then replugging it after 30 minutes?
