Games Stuck Installing

Hello, I have two games stuck at this stage, one being Batman Arkham Knight and the other Forza Horizon 2. Batman was stuck at 92% and Forza fails at about 8%. I have tried disconnecting from the network, cancelling installation and powercycling the xbox
but Forza still does the same and Batman is even worse off. Batman is now deleted off the console but still shows up in my Games and Apps and can't do anything with it at all. If i press menu the only option it comes up with is help which really isn't any
help at all so now I can't even try and install Batman.

Only thing that I haven't tried that I've come across is removing my account and then trying so I might try that with Forza but I highly doubt that will work with Batman.

Note: Both games were installing to an external hard drive, don't know about Forza but could there possibly still be some leftover files for Batman on there and could I connect it to my pc to manually delete if there is?

If anyone has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated.

Fifa 16 installation stuck

Same problem but with the standard edition. Haven't played any yet, stuck on 13%. Tried resetting Xbox, uninstalling, changing game, installing with Internet off, still stuck.

 

Assassin's Creed bundle stopped download

I've played about 7% through black flag and now my game is stuck at installing at 3%

 

If these games are on disc then I suggest HDTV cleaner spritzed onto a microfiber cloth and gently clean the disc and try installing again. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL on blu rays as it can cloud the disc enough so the laser will not reflect back and render the disc
useless.

If no joy and/or games were a digital purchase call support.

 

Try installing yo your internal drive and then transferring them to the external?

 

Thanks for the suggestions, I did try and clean the Forza disc but it didn't help (wasn't really dirty to begin with) and Batman was a brand new disc.

I completely shutdown the xbox and unplugged the power cable and left it for bout 5 hours, when I started it up again Batman was no longer showing and it installed fine after that. Forza however still wouldn't work, so I deleted all the accounts on the xbox
and power cycled and still no luck.

I could try installing to the internal hard drive, will just have to transfer another game first. Other games I've tried are installing the to external without any problems but I'll give it a try.

 

I tried installing to the xbox and it still wouldn't work. After leaving the xbox shutdown and unplugged for a few hours Batman had finally disappeared so I was able to install that again and this time it worked. Forza still won't work, I tried deleting
all the accounts off the xbox and then power cycling and installing with no accounts and still no luck. I guess I'm going to have to contact support, thanks for the help though.
