Games stuck in queue when trying to download

So I managed to download metro and moonlighter, but after a certain day the app would not let me download anymore, all downloads are stuck on 0%, apparently being in queue and i don't get an error code either.

I am wanting to try to uninstall the app and do it again but I am afraid I would have to download everything again (in hopes that re-installing fixes the problem)

What should I do?

Did you Delete app on your PC than download the app again and did it work?

If you haven't already, I would say that the best course of action for resolving this kind of thing would be to follow the steps outlined in Troubleshoot
game installations on Windows 10.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

same problem here except metro is at 87% and 0 yes zero bytes per second downloaded
