    Games starting, loading and crashing to Xbox home


    I have an Xbox One X and I have consistently had trouble running Modern Warfare and Doom. I can start both games get to the main menu and before I can get any farther the game will freeze and forcequit to xbox home. I bought MW earlier this week and was
    able to play it one day without this issue. This is my main gripe... I have reinstalled this game a couple of times to both my internal and external hard drive. I have power cycled more times than i can count. I have other games that perfectly fine. I dont
    know what else to do. Im very close to sending my xbox in for service but thats a process that Id like to avoid. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.

    How exactly is the game not loading anymore?

    Does i show the splash screen and throws you back to the home screen?

    Does the game start to the main menu of the game itself and then crashes?

    Or do you get to the main menu, and you can't load a previous world?

    Hey thanks for the info, tried power cycle and power drain as directed. reconnected and rebooted. loaded game, still crashing after initial title flash back to home screen within 3-5 seconds.

    Any other thoughts? still crashing right at start? Microsoft any feedback?? steps to try?
