Games starting (issue)

Hey all:

Im trying to get my xbox one working? for some reason its not starting any of my games. both disk and digital? I can log on and my profile is there. however none of my games start they all try to read storage and then just stay there. Nothing madden 15 and
diablo. Only thing I did different this morning as I updated my 360 and now this crap. Anyone have any ideas or anyone else having this issue?

The download starting is not an issue, but do you see the game in your library?

I hate to say this, but being in IT, have you tried completely powering down the system (pulling the plug)? If that doesn't work, have you tried to reset the system to factory defaults?

Some games require active subscription. However, In your case, your uncle needs to contact our live support to check his account and subscription.

Now It lets me load app games like BF 1943. Still no to disc games.

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

Firs try Power Cycle your console. Turn off. Unplug from wall all cables, wait 2-5 minutes then plug cables back and turn console on.
