Please check your order history to see if they're still on the list!

If it is there, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

You can also do the following:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the game is not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support

I have not, but wouldn’t i also have gotten some form of notification saying the game had also suspended my communication privileges?

*Edit: Game chat seems to be working for Warzone just not Cold War specifically.

I have also uninstalled cold war and installed cold war twice

At this stage just call of duty black ops Cold War and apex legends I also play call of duty modern warfare and it works fine

It's a difficult one to decide if it's simply the game themselves or a console issue. Cold War has been problematic for next-gen consoles so it may simply be the game...Activision has it listed as a known issue:

Apex Legends is slightly harder as I can't find reports of widespread issues. Doesn't mean that it's not a game issue of course.

The fact that COD:MW works fine makes me think it's more a game specific issue. I'd try installing a few other games to test..obviously look for ones that are free else it would become an expensive test! I'd be looking at games like Fortnite as it's free. If you have Game Pass, then that would make it much simpler as you could simply download anything in the GP library
