Games Send Me To Home Screen!!! Why?

Hello, I wanted to consult how to fix a problem that I have with my xbox one.

What happens is this, I have 2 sets (Plants Vs Zombies and Titanfall) in physical form, but in both cases the game takes me to the home screen several times when I'm playing.

Not sure if this is a fault of the game or console, but work well for a while then randomly starts to get me home from the xbox one.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

right trigger sends me to home screen

Playing both AC black flag and unity if i pull the right trigger all the way it vibrates and sends me back to home screen. So I have to be super careful while trying to run or fire or i get kicked out of game screen. Is this a normal feature of the controller?
Also does this from any screen im at in the menus

 

nba 2k14 exits game & sends me to home screen.

I was about 10 secs into all star game in my career mode when the game forced closed & sent me back to home screen. I tried reset, turning off my console for a while, browsing other apps, disconnecting from my internet, testing my connection..and it still
does the samething. I need help with this asap.

 

Have you tried power cycling the console yet? This will clear the system cache and it should fix the issues.

1: Push and hold power button on console until the console turns off

2: Unplug the power cord from the console for 30 seconds.

3: Plug it back in and restart the console with the console power button

Let us know how that works.

yes the best way to fix that issue is to power cycle the system as suggested.

 

You can also try going to: Settings> Network> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address> Clear> Restart.

Has worked for me every time and this is what support has told me to do.

 

Thanks People, eh tried everything I have mentioned, but the same thing keeps happening.

The game randomly returns me to home console.

I let off the power for 1 day, and the next day the same.

I'll try again, commented by SpitefulSpartan.

And I tell you what happens.

What interested to know me is whether this is just a software problem or something failed in the console, I think that is the most important ...

What is also interesting to note here is how both of those games are online only multiplayer games. To that end, I'm wondering if maybe you're running into some kind of network error/hiccup that's causing you to lose connection to the game which is causing
an error that causes the game to crash. Just curious, but do you have any other games you could try, something that doesn't even require an internet connection by chance?

 

The fact that you got it right, the game always returns to home when you are loading a game, but sometimes it brings me back to game menu dle Connection failed.

But it can also be a network level and fails otherwise to send me home.

I do not have another game, I'll see if I can borrow one to make an offline test ....

 

Maybe try downloading the free with gold games and see if they work OK for you. The free with gold games for Xbox One can be found here,

I'm having this issue with six games, three digital and three on disk. Spent two hours talking to support and nothing has worked yet.

 

Guys if you are experiencing this issue please start a new thread to get help and not use this old one where the problem will have most likely been resolve a long time ago.
