    Hello, my issue started about 2 days ago when destiny 2 would just refuse to launch, so I tried reinstalling it, today I got home from work and sat down ready to keep playing through my seraph missions just to come to the realization it still refuses to launch, no big deal though, I was still able to get into apex, elden ring and warframe, so I had stuff to play.

    I played the other games for a couple hours, then I restarted the console (held power for ten seconds and unplugged it from power) and went to take a shower in hopes that when I came back the restart would fix the destiny issue, but I’ve been sat here for about another 2 hours now and every game but warframe just refuses to launch, I can’t get into apex, destiny, overwatch, or even elden ring now.

    im at my wits end when it comes to this issue, I’ve left posts on Reddit, when on the phone with someone at Xbox support I was just recommended to the forums and honestly after all the issues I’m having I’m just considering getting rid of the console, which wouldn’t be an issue to me as most of the stuff I play is F2P and I’d be able to go back to PS4 and pick up where I left off in most of those games, but between apex and elden ring there’s probably about 4-500 dollars in this console that would be completely lost.

    Any help is greatly appreciated because as I said I’m at a loss and have no clue what to do at this point, I live in a small town and my ISP is horrendous so a full factory restart would hopefully be my last resort as it’ll take me a week or two just to get all my games reinstalled

    When trying to play destiny 2 I get error code “0x800704490” and a message saying “something went wrong.” With apex I get the “getting your game ready” for about 2 minutes followed by a “Please try again” message with the error code “0x80070057”

    At this point I’m almost considering trying to refund what I’ve bought on this Xbox cause I’m literally locked out of content I paid for and it’s beyond frustrating.

    My ISP has been horrendous for nearly ten years now though and this issue hasn’t occurred up until about 2 weeks ago, I just don’t see why it would start now when the Xbox has been on the same connection for the last year and a half I’ve owned it, im going to try the factory reset option to keep games because theres also no external storage connected and I’ll update if any progress is made
