    You know it reminds me of Major Nelson last year that they stupidly removed the option to buy with Microsoft Account balance from the site. We reported it as a comment on majornelson.com and he didn't know they did this. So he responded in the comments:
    "I'll have a look at it and I'll report back." Of course then he was informed by Microsoft that they don't give a *** if we can buy for 360 or not from the site and he never reported back! We are still waiting! Good policy Microsoft showing that you care about
    your paying customers!

    The problem is on Xbox One too, I can't see what my friends are playing when they are on their 360s because it lists that they play "???(Xbox 360)" . Come on it's the most ridiculous problem human beings have encoutered and it should have been fixed by now.

    Only if you don't know the email or password to your account and make sure to only delete profile only when given the option

    But marketplace data must be deleted
