Games section on Xbox Marketplace is "broken"

It's been like this for 2 months. Greek account, greek marketplace.

Broken unplayable "game" for sale on Marketplace

^considering the developers previous games and the amount of effort put into this game. I'd say it's highly unlikely.

Also it is not my responsibility to try to get a game fixed.

Microsoft are happy to sell this game on their marketplace.

Microsoft are happy to take a 30% cut of the games sales.

Microsoft are the ones responsible for sorting this out, contacting the developer and actually acting on this.

Believe me when I say the game is terrible however it is a product that barely meets the requirements to be called functional (and I mean barely) but in it's present state it is just a load of corrupt code an error screen.

 

Same problem here, i can download games normally although marketplace appears without game icons preview...

The problem appeared after marketplace was down for two weeks (Greek server)

 

I have this issue too!We don't want to search for about 10 minutes to find the free games!Please Fix this!

Too many problems in the Greek Marketplace for over 2 months check it out ..... Tiles not showing correctly,missing content,missing games dispite they appear in xbox.com they dont appear in the console, missing categories in the browse games .... its been
a mess for the past 2 months and no response no nothing . Its rediculous for a service which we pay for .

Clear your marketplace data and delete your account and clear system cache then redownload your profile

 

Will i lose something if i do that?

 

Only if you don't know the email or password to your account and make sure to only delete profile only when given the option

But marketplace data must be deleted

Nope. I deleted the marketplace folder, I cleared the system cache, I deleted my profile, I downloaded my profile.

 

@ngocphi, i also made these steps numerous times.

I even change my Hard Drive (clean, fresh formatted, even i change my modem-router) and still the problem.

Ms probably don't want to fix this.

After 2 months this is ridiculous. We all pay out Gold (i have a 4 years tenure) and they just don't care. I gave up some time weeks ago and now since i can't afford two "gaming" subscriptions guess what i am getting...

Ms i cant believe what you became, and how you treat your loyal customers.
