Games saying that I do not own them and no longer showing up in ready to install after ...

Hi, were the games purchased on an Xbox One that is / was a part of the Xbox Preview program ? If so and you're trying to play the games on an Xbox One that is not a part of the preview program then you would need to wait until the next system update is
made public before you will be able to play those games on an Xbox One that isn't using the preview software.

I'm having the same issue. I preordered Star Wars Battlefront (I know, the shame) on my console. Now I want to reinstall it to check out the new 12gig update and I no longer own it.

Yes I'm in the preview programme, but I have only one console and my tag isn't signed in anywhere else on another console.

Ya i understsnd tey try to help but the fact that they for 1 tried to blame me for not keeping track of every purchase myself then also dont answer my emails at all is horrible customer service. To answer your question yes i know that at least a few of
them were games free with gold for instance the only 2 games that i can remember that arent showing up in my ready to install that should be are forza motorsport 5, and project cars. Both of which were free with gold. I explained to them that i searched them
in the store and i can still install them but if i cancel the installation it should go to my ready to install like every other game does including other free with gold games ive claimed that still show up in my ready to install they just vanish and DO NOT
show up in my ready to install. Their only answer to that was well if you could look at your order history on xbox.com and get a purchase reference number then they could try and re add the rights that i own them and i explained what good would that do the
xbox store obviously still ahows that i can play them with gold or buy to own yet they dont show up in my ready to jnstall like other free with gold games that say the same thing that i can play them with gold or buy to own they do show up in my ready to install
so it makes no sense.

In the last update, they change how appears the Ready to Install list, maybe could be this which is making that mistake.

To be sure, try to look the ready to install from the subscriptions ready to install, and see if show there any game you own. I say this, because in my case, this happens also, some games I bought that are currently in Xbox Game Pass or had been released in
Xbox Live Gold, some of them show in the subscription ready to install list and not in my owned games ready to install list. This has been a bug that happens a lot of time.

The live service works fine. Its monoply plus that says i dont own it. It doesnt even show up in the ready to install section of gold. And gears 4 isnt either after i installed it.

I canceled the installation so i could download it later but its not showing up like monoply pluss
