Hello - I have a issue with playing a few games on the Xbox . I believe my age on my account is a few years too young , although i am 18 . I tried changed parent options but i'm still unable to play game.

Why does it say that im too young for minecraft and that im not 18 yet?

When i try to download it from the site it says that im not 18 yet but im 22.

Someone help me?

Hi, XBox, so I tried getting into XBox live rewards, but it says I'm too young even though it's been7 months since my 13th birthday, i really want to join but can't, please fix this.

I believe you will have to wait until the age on your account reaches 18. I do not know of a way around this as if there was one, all kids would be changing their accounts so they could play M rated games.

Its because once its setup as a kids account, it doesn't matter if you change it. It cant be changed as everyone would do it and it would be pointless. You have to wait until you have gone over 18 gia the dob on your account

i have a family account and had to go to the website to login and change the child birth date. I had to pay 50 cents donation with a credit card in order to verify I was an adult. Waited 24 hours and still no luck. I called EA and they are idiots the
kid on the phone was telling me it was illegal for my son to play the game and that I am breaking the law. I asked to speak to a supervisor and believe it or not the phone call got disconnected.

I think it's all down to your email address? I am sure that your email address says you are over 18 but check just incase, if not just contact EA

Stated above is the reason you can't access BF3's MP . ^^^^

If you would like , there is a another option to get someone "more helpful and kind" from EA to help you resolve your issue . Go to - (help.ea.com) , click on "Talk to a game advisor" , Then state the game and system your experiencing problems with , then
proceed to start the "EA Live Chat Support" .

I've used this a few times in the past , they are ALWAYS helpful
