    Games say I need to be signed in to the account I bought them on but I am.


    I'm having trouble with playing games I have bought from the Xbox store. When I try to play them a message pops up and says that I need to be signed in to the account I bought them on but I am. I am connected to Xbox live and I have an internet connection.
    I can multiplayer online disc games fine so I know I can connect to Xbox live and the internet and I can play disc games fine. So there is something wrong and I can't tell what. Has anyone else had this problem if so how do you fix it.

    I can't play any of my games bought because it is asking me to buy them or sign in with the account I bought them with but I am signed in to my account

    Recently, My friend and I have started game sharing. It was working fine for the first few days, but now I can't play any of the games he shared with me. I have my home Xbox set to my normal Xbox, and he has the same for his. He bought the games digitally
    with an account that's doesn't have Xbox live, and he plays them with an account with Xbox live. When we play games he bought, I have the account that bought the games signed on in the background. Whenever we try to play the games he bought now, it says that I need
    Xbox live. Can anybody help me? (Also I only have 1 controllers so both accounts would have to be signed in on the same controller)

    What games in particular are you running into this issue with? Do you see the games listed on your
    My Games page? If you don't see them there, that would seem to indicate that the account you are using to check did not purchase the games in question.

    My Games page? If you don't see them there, that would seem to indicate that the account you are using to check did not purchase the games in question.

    I can’t play my games and I need help.

    I’m sorry to say but I still can’t play my game.

    I'm having the same problem. It says sign in with the account that purchased the game. I bought all of the games digitally on the microsoft store. I'm playing on the account that bought all of the games. I am unable to play any game. Even a free one. I
    played one of these games yesterday and the other one literally an hour ago. And all the support page is going to say is to sign into the account that has bought it, which I have. So I have no clue what to do.
