    Games saved on cloud not showing up


    Hi,

    Recently the Xbox did a factory reset on it's own. I understand that it is related to a bug in the latest update.

    The problem we're having is that we can't seem to find our cloud in the storage settings so that we can access our saved games. We lost everything basically and we can't figure out how to get anything back. We have an Xbox Live Gold membership.

    Please help!

    Cloud Saved Games option - not showing

    360 slim

    320 hard drive with loads left

    Just removed and replaced HDD - got cloud option back ....but now the HDD is showing as unformatted !!Games saved on cloud not showing up :((

    Think I may have a HDD problem ?

    here     for more info on cloud saves. Double check and make sure you're signing in with the same Gamertags that were on the console before and that the console is connected to the internet. Thanks!

    Xbox one will not recognize that it is connected to the cloud.

    If you're trying to check storage for the cloud, it won't show because it's not actually possible to manage your saves on the cloud. As long as you're signed into Live when you play, your saves are stored on the cloud. Only game saves themselves are stored
    on the cloud. Have you started a game on the new console yet? You should get a message that the system is syncing your saved game as soon as you start up a game. If it does, then everything your saves are stored on the cloud.

    Hi,

    Forza 4 on PC supports cloud saving. As as long as you're are online, your game will be backed up in the cloud. It won't show this like Steam does, but it does back up.

    yes just plug in the external in the one s and the games will start showing up, and the saves will also go over as they are stored in the cloud
