games removed from my library

Have an issue, i got assasins creed black flag with free with gold long ago, havent played it recently but when i tried to today its telling me i need to go purchase it. But i already added it to my library and got it long ago but even on the site its no
longer showing up and has been removed from my games. Is there any way to fix this?

Game completely removed from console as well as my library??

I got home from work today, sat down, powered on my Xbox. I am part of the Xbox preview program, or the "Xbox insider hub" as it's usually refered as now. So I was happy to see a new update to the system, and it looks nice so far. Apart from a VERY frustrating
issue. With this update, my copy of Grand theft auto 5 was removed from my hard drive. No big deal I guess, I go to reinstall it, and ITS NOT IN MU READY TO INSTALL TAB. this has happened to my friend a few times but with smaller games. Now.. I spent 60 dollars
on the game, and well over 40 on the in game currency cards. Its not on my account, at all. I bought it with my account, and it's suddenly just gone. Any help with this would be VERY appreciated. Is there a fix? Is there anything I can do?

Quantum Break code for Windows 10 issues

IS there anyone who can download this from windows store to PC??? I cant even try to troubleshoot it because MS/XBO customer support removed my code and game from my library. WoW good thing I beat it on XBOX 1 already.. this is infuriating .

As what I could understand with your issue. you're trying to re-download back a game that you claimed before while its a featured games with gold but unable to do it as it asks you to purchase it now. Well, what I could think of is that while it was featured
as a games with gold for that month, you have assigned another account as your home xbox so you where able to download and play the game back then.

You see, xbox does not remove/delete a game that was already added on an account's licenses. If you already own it, it will show as Already purchased with the date claimed. You could try to get in touch with phone or chat support to check your account license
but I don't think they could do something about it if it does not show under yours. You will need to purchase it to get the license and download it back on your xbox one console.

Are you definitely using the account they were purchased/redeemed with, sign into your Microsoft account online and check purchase history.

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

No other account had gold at the time except mine if I remember correctly.
