Games removed from library and history

Sorry that has happened to you. Its not uncommon but there are several reasons I have provided a link hope it helps. One thing you can check is that is this your only account and were the purchases on this account? Are your time settings correct. Have you
checked your microsoft account?

Do you have all the updates. Is this the only issue with this xbox What type of xbox do you have.

Try doing a soft reset. Turn off the xbox completely Unplug the xbox from the wall or power unit. Leave unplugged for atleast a minute. Plug everything back in and restart your device. Check for updates at once and ensure the time is set correctly. See if
that does anything.

Everything seems to be fine except my account has no purchase history but one game that was gifted to me, time is correct and my console auto updates and is up to date, and it's my only xbox account for years going, says my order history is now only one
thing, reset didn't help

Also it's the same on my actual Xbox account online, history gone except one game, i can still redownload games, its just i have no purchase history when i should

Hello, silly question, but do you have multiple accounts? If not, try and uninstall your profile and then reinstall. Also I would call into support.

You miss understand, I am asking why Microsoft has removed my game from purchase history and library? I am using the account I purchased it with.

On Windows you cannot remove a game from your library, you can only uninstall it.

On Xbox, even though you cannot remove the game from your library, you can hide it. Just highlight the game, press start (or Xbox button), then hide.
