    i want to play Record of Agarest War but the dvd is NTSC/J and my console is PAL....

    i found the game on xbox store with my USA account.. so if i download it from there ... will it work?

    please guys i need your help

    Iran is not part of xbox live regions so if you pick another region for your account you should be willing to respect the market rules of that region

    No since the US version is NTSC as well and won't work on a PAL system. Besides that you may run into other issues since it is not from your region.

    concerning dowloading or purchasing games from game marketplace

    It could be that the game you want is not on the market yet, or that it is not available in your region. If it is not available in your region, check to make sure your Xbox Live is actually set for your region, and then just wait until it becomes available.

    Actually I was not able to solve it because my little brother don't live in the US and I purchased the game with my account (US).

    Due to as ngocphi said, Xbox 360 games are region locked

    If your Xbox 360 region is UK, but you purchased the game on a different market. That's the reason of the error. So is not solvable unless you get a physical UK copy or purchase the game in the UK market

    cant find indie games!

    if you do not live in the supported regions indie games are only available in certain regions

    if you click on the lower left corner of this page you can select your region



    then goto games and xbox games

    if your region supports indie games they will be there

    indie games are region locked to the region they marketed in

    this also means they cannot be downloaded outside their regions

    this includes physical locations
