    Games Randomly Being Added To Achievement List That I've Never Played


    Checking over my achievements today and saw Just Cause and Skulls Of The Shogan on my account, nobody else has added these and we have never owned these games, also happening to many other people, I can't remove these games why have they been added to my
    account??

    Strange achievement added to my account. Could you remove it please?

    Hi! If an Xbox achievement or Windows LIVE achievement has been added to your account and added to your Gamerscore, it cannot be removed. Although how you got the achievement randomly is quite odd, has the child accidentally purchased and played on the game
    by accident?

    Alan Wake showing up in my recently played games but I've never played the game

    I was looking at my achievements and noticed that Alan Wake showed up in my list. I've never played that game, never tried the demo and it says "Last Played 10/01/2013". I have 0 achievements for that game but I still can't understand why it would be in
    my list. Is this an error? I really don't think my account was hacked because I've been playing all weekend and there's no purchases besides the ones I've done. Any idea?

    hello! i got xbox 360 trial games showing up on my xbox one achievement list. maybe you played the trial of those games? i got this problem since the february update. i hope it gets fixed soon, because i take great care of my profile. or give us the option
    to delete 0% games.

    Yh I've had this recently. Warface and Terraria are showing up despite me having never played them. Logged into my 360 to double check and they're not showing up on that. Both are 0% and it's an eyesore as I'd typically go for as many 100s as possible

    Game Pass Quest points not being received

    Thanks for the suggestions. I've never donated points, or used them for that matter. The daily ones show up randomly (but also sometimes don't). It's the large ones, the 50+ point quests that aren't being added to my total. So it's random.
