Games purchased through web store not installable on my Xbox One

GTA 5 is not on the backwards compatible list.

It has its own Xbox One version of the game.

If you are wanting to play GTA 5 on the Xbox One you would need to buy the Xbox One version of the game.

Hi All

I've just purchased some old arcade games, all 360 games, via the web UI on my PC, expecting to be able then install them on my Xbox One. When I try to use the download link from the web UI however it tells me it can't initiate the download because the install
queue is full, which it is not, it's completely empty.

I can't find these games via the store when I go in through the console, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to install them.

So currently I've just paid $35 for games I can't install.

Any ideas on how to get them onto my console?

I went on a bit if a spree, so it's 6 games - Tron, Mortal Kombat, Ecco the dolphin, Track and field, Scramble and Yue ar Kungfu. i didn't realise there were 360 have that don't work, given there is an emulator running, I thought they were all supported!
So if these aren't playable I'm going to have to get a refund. I would have hoped the store would have filtered them out for me given I don't have a 360 machine connected to my account.

Besides the weblink that seems to be having problems.

Another way to get the games that are on this list on your xbox one is to sign in with the account that you purchased the games with on the console and the games should show up in the ready to install section on your xbox one.

If you are signed into the console with the account that purchased the games on the console you can also go to the store on the console and look up the game and it should give you an option to download and install the games from there.

It is all contingent on the games being in the backwards compatible list if they are not then the games are not currently available to be played on the xbox one consoles
