Games purchased during Xbox Live subscription

X One games are yours during the live gold subscription, X360 games are yours independent of the subscription.

Anything included with the games for gold or gamepass, you will need to purchase in order to keep playing them whilst you don't have XBL.

If you purchase your game, you will be able to use all of the offline functions without XBL.

the games you buy with the subscription can be used without any restriction unlike the games charged with gold
