    Games previously installed in another computer (which I sold) cannot be installed in my new pc


    I am unable to install Psychonauts 2 and MCC (from game pass on pc) on my new pc. I believe it is related to the fact that those were installed in my old PC, which I sold yesterday.

    I beleive that this happens since I can install other games from game pass, but not the ones I had installed.

    This is the error I get.

    Translation: "Wait a few minutes and try again. Update error. Error code: 0x80073cf3"

    Online forums says that this happens due to uncompleted installs, but my hard drive is brand new.

    I will apreciate any help I can get.

    Are trying to install on C or a secondary drive?

    Clear the LocalCache Folder: Open Run by pressing the Windows key + R hotkey.

    Copy and paste %localappdata% in Run and click OK.

    Open Packages> Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe > LocalCache folder.

    Press the Ctrl + A hotkey to select all content within the LocalCache folder.

    Press the Delete button.

    Im still having the issue. Tried restarting the computer and modem over 3 times. Cancelling instalation and restarting WS cache.
