Games Pass Ultimate installed on incorrect account

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a subscription on the wrong account. There are two options in this case:

1. You can
   cancel the subscription and get it refunded. Then purchase on child's account.
2. You can set your profile as
   home console, so the other profile can use.

You cant transfer it but u can cancel the suscription and do it right.

As previously posted in this thread, the OP is from Thailand and Game Pass Ultimate is no available there so your advice is incorrect

I don't exactly have a need for EA pass anyways, whether it's sharable or not I would be indifferent. I currently cannot install any Game Pass games or Game Pass Ultimate games. I am not trying to install a game included with EA pass. I am trying to install a game that was not included with Game Pass but is included with Game Pass Ultimate.
