Games pass quests not eligible

So i have xbox gold membership and game pass and everytime i track the quest progress it says im not eligable. I dont understand why im ‘Not eligable’ when i have everything i need to do it.

Any idea why?

from my knowledge the quests are eligible for xbox game pass and not the gold membership...

game pass quests are not available everywhere, only in selected regions.

 

I know, im from the uk though and it says that its people from us, canada and the uk
