Games Pass for PC- Does not recognize Games Pass purchase in app

Issue with getting games pass to work with PC app. Purchased games pass, but showing message in Settings>Subscriptions> "We encountered an error and your subscriptions failed to load." Attempted to re install app, and have microsoft store app, xbox companion
app, and xbox gamepass app all under the same email

ALSO logged in with the weirdest gametag ever that I did not create, just after subscribing to gamepass for PC. Hopefully this gamertag can be changed, is it part of the same issue with being unable to load gamepass?

I have same problem, xbox app on pc won't recognize i have game pass ultimate. Mobile app dose.even on web it reflects, not chaked on consol. Microsoft store late me download, install & play game pass games.

It seems there is issue whith pc app. All usual measures does not help me.

For some reason it has made me purchase game pass for pc, even with having game pass ultimate until late 2021. Not sure why it doesn’t recognize I’ve already paid for the pass.
