Games Pass Error/bug

I got kicked off my game before due to an error with game pass, I have paid for the monthly subscription yet I get an error code if I try to play any of my games. The Microsoft store says I have no membership yet my account page and bank statement tell me
I do! Please don't tell me to remove my profile and add it again as ive seen people saying it doesn't work (there's a lot of people having the same problem) when will this mess be fixed?

Please reset my account your end or I'll be unsubscribing I think

Well, yes, as I mentioned above, turning off the pass code requirement results in no error on initial log in. And that's what I've done. Seems like this is a bug though ... any word on if a bug report has been submitted and if a fix is in the works?

 

Bug Xbox Game Pass

Is it possible that you have more than one Microsoft account? Perhaps the subscription is coming from another?

We are unable to do anything with your account on the forums, for any kind of account diagnostics etc, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly.

However before you do, also check here https://account.microsoft.com/services/ to confirm that you have an active subscription.

Please also bear in mind for the future that if there is an error code, that this is also provided so we may be able to help if it is an issue we are able to help with.

Also that although it may not work for some, it will work for others. We can only help those who are willing to be helped and unfortunately that would cover a basic troubleshooting step.
