Games Pass / EA Play Issues

I have an Xbox Games Pass Ultimate Subscription.

The PC app only recognises that I have a normal Games Pass Subscription.

I have downloaded the EA Play Desktop App and signed in on the same email that I use for my Xbox Account but unable to download any EA Play games.

I have requested a Call Back from Microsoft but that doesnt seem to be working.

Any ideas on what I can do or who I can contact to get this fixed

I am having a similar issue (on all EA Play titles included with game pass ultimate)

1. Select game (sw bf 2 for example)

2. No option for ‘download’ or ‘install’, only ‘open in microsoft store’

3. Prompted to purchase ea play

Has EA play and game pass ultimate merged yet?

I cannot access all my EA games that i used to play before. The EA application shows a message saying that my xbox game pass was expired and I have to renew game pass to play. However I checked that my Xbox PC game pass was not expired. I can still play games in xbox app but not games in EA play. I tried to restart the app and logged out many times, but no response at all.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. I've confirmed that my EA account is properly linked, and I've also verified that there are no problems with my Xbox subscription. I can download Xbox Game Pass games from the Xbox App without any issues. However, in the EA app, it states that I need to subscribe or purchase the games.

That's just not true. It Takes Two is now on Xbox Game Pass. Whether it's EA Play or EA Play Pro doesn't matter. It's a Game Pass game so should work on Game Pass, even if on EA's own service it's 'Pro'
