Games or app's wont load after xbox has been in sleep mode

When my xbox has been in sleep mode say over over night or a few hours when I go to play the game or app were it has left off from it wont load and half the time I wont have any audio output for anything the only way I can fix it is if I hold the power button
down for 10 seconds to restart it I have tried taking out all the power cables but it still does it.

OS Memory Leak

Ive experienced this as well also after long sleep times sometimes it wont accept disc or even load a game. Reboot and bam its all good again.

E3 Streams BRAKES XBOX LIVE

After the e3 stream, the xbox dashboard has been super slow sometimes even freezing cold to then be unfrozen and complete 100 different button presses and once making the xbox look like its having a seizure. EA access vault is down and wont load, pins wont
load and games cannot be downloaded.

Sorry you're having issues loading your games. If you manage the app, and close it, does it restart? If the answer is yes, then that may be a good workaround for you. If that doesn't work and/or you don't want to do that, please try reinstalling the
content (see link below). If that doesn't work, then I would next suggest that you use energy saving mode, rather than instant on (see link below). Finally, and this may be a bit far fetched, but how are you connected to your network, are you wired or wireless
on your console? If it's wireless than try wired mode to see if that helps in getting your games to load after a sleep.

Change to Energy Saving Mode.

For what it's worth, PS4 will wake from sleep no problem on the same wifi. It's funny. After getting wifi to work again on xb1, upon a power off in instant on mode, it wont wake from the windows 10 app, and wont be connected to wifi again.. ugh.

I'll try without the hard drive although I have noticed that it seems to be when the powerline adaptor is waking up from sleep mode.

My powerline adaptor goes into a low power mode after xbox has been switched off after about 10 minutes.

When I switch the xbox on it wakes up the powerline adaptor. It seems to always have trouble loading the dashboard after this. This is even though I can still sign into the profiles and connect to xbox live.It also passes a network test. So even though i'm
signed in and getting the usual messages about friends being online the dashboard often doesn't load.

I should also add, this problem doesn't occur each time I turn it off. It seems to occur after it has been in sleep mode for a while, like overnight.
