    Sometimes my console works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if it's possible that it has a virus either. I have accidentally caused some games like Skyrim or Fallout 4 to game break and gotten an audio through the speakers like it's grinding and then freezing sending me back to the home screen. Most often all my games typically work. Except since I broke Modern Warfare trying to run the MW and Vanguard riot shields at the same time. I'm not sure if third party sites could be the reason either. My console will only play most of my games. Not sure if the game breaking damaged my console. My console has no physical or water damage. It is only 2 year's old. I'm on an XboxOne X. Also wondering if Geek Squad or anywhere else can take a look inside my console. I don't have $249 to send it to Microsoft to get it fixed if it is a console issue.

    Hi Autumn, sorry to hear the game is crashing. Can you tell us what version of the app your using? Does the game also crashing when using the Xbox App (Beta)?

    It shouldn't crash because those haven't been updated, no....however, that doesn't mean to say it isn't possible....sometimes PC apps can crash because something else isn't up-to-date, especially if the non-updated app is running in the background.

    What is happening when the game crashes? Are you getting any error messages? Did the crashing start recently and was the game working fine before?

    Xbox App on Windows 10 Crashes when clicking on game

    I'm still getting the same issue after repairing the gaming service and issuing the command from the PowerShell as the administrator. It seems to crash the app whenever I click on anything to do with gamepass from the main screen. Even clicking on my subscription crashes the app.

    Interestingly enough If I click on the All PC games and try and download from there I'm able to click the install button and get past the app crashing.

    For real this sucks. Best game of the year and I can't even play. App insta crashes when it gets to the first all black screen. Loading wheel does a half a turn, then stops. Followed by app crash.
