    Hi all

    I a family account that my son has been using for some time now and he is now old enough to try some other games that are for his age. I have already reset his restrictions to the teen on the family account settings and even tried to remove all the setting
    restrictions. But he still can't play the games he wants without being logged in to my account and then logging in to his am I looking in the wrong place to let him play the game that we already own.

    Not at this time. And most likely not any time soon, due to the common view that mouse and keyboard puts people with a controller at a disadvantage.

    The decision for mouse and keyboard support on xbox one games is up to the developers of each game to decide.

    Using keyboard and mouse with a game that doesn't allow such use of them is against the code of conduct under unauthorized hardware.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug the console and let it sit for 5 minutes before starting up again.

    Hey there!

    Looks like the Xbox One is having a hard time keeping a good connection to the Network.

    I would also advise to try opening up your Xbox Live Ports to try and get a better connection. Go ahead and click on the following link to get more information regarding Port Forwarding

    How is it that you are connecting to your network? is this using a wired connection or is it wireless?
