Games on Xbox series x crashing and graphics pixilated

For some reason some of the games are crashing on my xbox series x and i tried calling support but they were useless, their last resort is sending xbox for repair but not sure if software issue ir trully hardware issue?

1. watch dogs legion (physical cd)- either crashes or freezes from the menu to 2-3 min of gameplay. Sometimes menu looks like messed uo graphics which not sure that is normal or not.

2. marvels avengers (physical cd) - graphics goes haywire and after few 10 min or so the game crashes

3. destiny (gamepass) - crashes after 10-15min but at least i get error code that says can”t read data.

4. hitman 2- only crashed once but when zooming on the face or enviroment it becomes pixliated (like the matrix took of his face)

Thanks, i so badly dont want to send back in since my netflix and all that works perfectly fine. Just some of the games

Sounds to me like there is a hardware familiar, either with the GPU or SSD, graphical issues are usually to do with the GPU, but the error with Destiny mentions "Cant read data" so that could be SSD.

Either way I would take Microsoft up on the offer of repair and get it sent away ASAP.

I get great speed when using a link via Edge browser , but bad pixilated screens when accessing from GamePass pc or via Xbox series X

It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.

series x has more storage space and more powerful apu for graphics

MSFS is more dependent on net speed and bandwidth, you will get better graphics and be able to play in 4K, other than that then no difference. if it crashes on series s then it will on series x as they both use the same software and OS.

if you ever think about PC on the other hand you can get much better quality graphics and even play in VR.
