Games on Xbox Series S stop downloading after 10.58 gb

You already tried pretty much all troubleshooting steps available. By "console reset", do you mean a factory reset? Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps?

I can suggest you to clear your console cache and persistent storage, then remove and add your account from the console.

Press the Xbox button > My games and apps > See all > Manage queue > Queue > Click on cancel all > Clear the queue.

Press the Xbox Button > Settings > System Settings > Storage. Highlight but don't select a storage device, and then press Y on your controller for Device Options.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

(If your console does not have this option, don't worry, just skip it)

Press the Xbox One button on your controller.

Go to Settings and select Devices and Connections.

In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.

Next, select Clear persistent storage three times.

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​

4. Close. ​​​

Power Reset:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

If it still does not work, please let me know.

are the games showing S/X if so then they are downloading the updated versions for series consoles which cannot be stopped

Can you confirm vpn works? I have Hathaway. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing isp unless absolutely necessary coz in my area of Bangalore, other isps have lower speed

Facing same issue since 5months

Isp- Hathway (Pune, Maharashtra)

Plan - 100mbps(unlimited)

Open nat(Recently open nat before strict nat).

Many times download stuck (same problem with different games)

Installing...

8.36 of 78.25 Gb

(Sometimes stuck at 8gb,10gb,12gb & midway of games)

Facing this issue only on isp (wifi & lan).

Using mobile hotspot not faced any issue download continuosly without stuck ( download 75gb in 5hours)

Network -Jio 4g

Yours issues resolved please share solutions. Is my Xbox faulty. Anyone raised repaired/replacement request for same issue.

What isp telling . Isp resolved this issue?
