Games on xbox say I have no xbox live gold subscription even though i just put in a 3 month ...

Hi, It's the ambassador site that's saying i don't have gold, and has locked me out of the ambassabank and forums even though my profile subscriptions says

1 Month Xbox Live Gold

Renews On: 11/22/2014

as i put a couple months on. Not sure if it'll fix itself. I did contact Microsoft about this issue but they said to post here cause they didn't know themselves what was wrong.

It keeps on saying that I already own Xbox live gold already for the 3 months subscription but I still can’t get online on any of my games and also it still won’t let me put any codes in as well.However my subscription said that it’s cancelled for the Xbox live gold but I never cancelled that ever.

You can't buy games or in game purchases with a 3 Month Gold membership card.

But even if you have a subscription, you can redeem the card, and the card will "pause" your renewal payments for 3 months, and after the 3 months of the gold card are over, you start paying normally for your subscription again.

So just redeem it on your account, and you save 3 monthly Gold payments. And even if you have a longer subscription (like a 12 month subscription), it will "push back" the next renewal payment for 3 months.

So for example, if your next renewal were in November 2019, and you redeem the 3 Month card, you'd have to pay for the next subscription renewal in February 2020.

Game Pass Ultimate merges with your current Xbox Live subscription.

So let's say you've got 3 months of Gold on your account and buy 1 month of GPU, you'll have GPU for the month and once that month ends you'll still have 3 months of Gold.

Game Pass Ultimate has Gold included itself, so yes it might have messed up your subscription.

I suggest going to the store on your console and head to the Xbox Live subscription area, see if they prompt you to buy it or see a date when your subscription ends.

So, recently just today i purchased a 3 months subscription to xbox live gold and i was sent a code which i entered on the xbox game store, but for some reason it still won't let me play multiplayer and keeps trying to get me to buy gold again,
even though i put the code in and it did in fact go through to my thing, but it won't even show i have it on my home page, and at the time it said it expires 12/12/2018, i checked every account on the xbox but it's just not there for some reason.. And this
really doesn't make any sense, is ANYONE able to help or is anyone having the same issue?
