Games on Xbox I have already bought and I played like fifa and GTA is now asking me to pick...

A subscription has always been required to play online on console with the exception of free to play games. If you were able to play online without purchasing a subscription on your account before, then that means someone else had your console as their Home console and you were using their subscription.

I ended up picking up fifa 15 for $30. and GTA 5 since I never really played a GTA game, other than a bit of GTA 1 or 2 (Cant remember which)

I was going in for a controller but then I realized it would have almost no use ever, so I used that $40 towards fifa lol

Games I intend to pick up and play at any point I buy digitally such as fifa, forza, gta.. other games i'll buy disc so i can sell on afterwards.

This is definitely a digital download for me.

Would love to see this or at least have some word on a rough estimate for digital release, it's not like it's even really a new game

i bought the xbox one with fifa and downloaded it but my fifa doesnt start and my xbox shows me that i need to buy the game but i have it already i hate this system

Now, when I put the disc in, I am asked ''do you own this game'' before being directed to the Xbox store to BUY IT! This is really the worst gaming experience I have ever had, not only can I not play the game, Microsoft as asking me to buy a game I have
already bought.

Thanks for the replies chaps but I guess its time to pack up the Xbox one and try to get a refund, playing a game shouldn't take over 24 and then ask you to buy something you already bought, I have signed into my friends Xbox one and it works perfectly,
with the disc so it isn't that.

Sigh.....waste of time.
