    So I recently got a PC and one of the first things I did was install Xbox companion app and I'm trying to download some games onto it from game pass and I have the highest level of game pass. But I cannot download some games r6 also if I look up games that I want to buy with money I can't find all the games for example Hunter call of the wild and Payday 2 is this a bug or no and if so is there a way to get these games because I have an Xbox gift card and I would like to use it

    Game pass ultimate for family via pc

    works different on pc.

    log into each ones accounts that are set on the pc, open the xbox app, log out of the app and in with your account, download whichever games they want then log out of the app and back in with their account, do this for each kid and they can then play fine, game sharing is only available for console but this is the work around for pc and has worked this way for years.

    Close the Xbox app and open the Xbox Companion app, if you haven't installed it, download it from the Microsoft Store.

    Open the app and try to log in with your account on it and then open the Xbox app and see if that resolves the issue.

    Hello sam,

    I tried everything you said but still no change. I noticed that i cant sign in on the xbox app (sign in button not working) but my games are still showing. when i open the game i am prompted to sign in and when i sign in the error we couldnt sign you in to xbox live shows

    Go to Windows Update and look for updates, update everything, including optional updates.

    Then press the Windows Button then type Services.

    Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

    Then select Run as Administrator

    Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

    IP Helper

    Xbox Live Auth Manager,

    Xbox Live Game Save,

    Xbox Live Networking Service,

    Gaming Services.

    Do this with each of the services listed above.

    Right-click over the service and select Properties.

    Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

    If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

    Click Apply and OK to save changes.

    Then restart your PC and try again, please
