    Games on the xbox app wont open on my pc


    I need help fixing this, I bought the game pass for pc so i can play games. However, the first time I open a game after it gets installed, it opens and loads the start, then just closes. After that, I can not even open the game anymore without reinstalling it and it happening again. Below is a video of the first time I open a game compared to every time after.

    I have tried talking with xbox support and other people and nothing has worked. With gang beasts it says failed platform entitlement, but this issue occurs with every game i have tried to launch on the xbox app. All ea games work as they open through ea play.

    This is what a gang beast developer said abt the error message
    "The “Failed Entitlement” message shows if the Steam Client fails to associate the game with your Steam account, this can happen when trying to run the game following the initial purchase or if the game is updated without restarting the Steam Client."

    Any advice will be useful, please and thank you in advance!

    So, I did everything you said; Went to my PC settings, searched for the xbox app, restarted and repaired, then opened up the Run app, put in WSrestart.exe, restarted my pc, but it still wont download.

    Edit: there was no option for opening as admin for Run

    nvm, i went back with a fresh pair of eyes after i downloaded a different game and it worked fine without any hiccups, turns out my antivirus was false positive on all the games i tried and the pop up was gone before the game closed the first time so i did not see it,
