    Games on the hard drive crash


    While playing a game, it crashed and since then no games can be started, an error message appears with the code: 0xc0350006. I've already tried using another account, deleting the game data and already resetting my console to factory settings. Unfortunately nothing helped. Now I noticed that I can play games using cloud gaming. Only games that are installed on my hard drive cannot be started or get an error message. Is there a way to solve the problem without installing a new hard drive? I'm assuming that the hard drive is the problem.

    Sorry for that. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well such as crashing games.
