Hello.

Have a question about downloading game card.

When i bought xbox one s i activated fifa 17 dowloading code which was in the box. Now i sold my console.

When i get new one, will i be able to download it again from my account?

Game on the wrong account

once a game is purchased with a gamertag it can not be removed or transfered to a different Profile.

for your Windows 8, you can use a gmail there, but you have to Register it on
http://account.live.com beforehand, then it will be a valid Microsoft account and can be used for any Microsoft Service.

as you already have a gamertag here, you actually did this sometime ago, so you already should be able to use it as Login for your Windows 8

Game on the wrong account

Hello everyone

I've tried to find something about it but nothing, so i'm posting a message here :

Because i'm a noob, i have 2 xbox live account, one with a gmail adress and another with a hotmail adress. The hotmail one is useless but ! I've bought Dark Soul on steam and i had to add the serial number to my account when prompted by windows game live...and
i failed, i've selected the hotmail one. Is there any way to "transfer" the ownership of the game to the right account please?

Bonus : is there a way to "link" the gmail account to the hotmail one? Because now i have windows 8 and i must connect with a hotmail adress...

P.S : if you look my account, you'll see "dark soul", but it's an "old play" with the game of a friend...

The digital game is tied to your account. Once you log in with your GT on your new console it will appear in your ready to install queue. Be sure to set your new console as your home Xbox.

You can't transfer games or other items among accounts. The only way to gameshare among accounts is through the

xbox home feature.

Hello, If I got your question correctly you want to play the game on another console using the same account? If so , then you will just need to make sure that you are signed in with the correct account that owns the game.

Please first go to http://account.microsoft.com/ > sign in with your account > go to payment and billings > Select orders history.

If you want to be playing the game at the same at the same time on another console you can try home console sharing.

If you buy any digital content on an account, it stays attached to that account. You can not transfer digital content.

You can however set that account as Home Xbox on your console and any other account thst logs in can use the games but not all DLC.

I'm trying to access my brothers account to sort out unmaintained security issue apparently. But just 2 days ago he could sign into the account no problem. Now it has blocked the account. And I keep trying to resolve the issue and it's giving me 24 hour
